Instant Teeth
The Kochman Centre has a revolutionary new method of giving patients functioning teeth the day of implant placement – even for denture wearers. Patients that have missing teeth will be relieved and delighted to leave the Kochman Centre with new, temporary teeth that are fully-functional and that can be worn until permanent implants are placed.

Osseointegrated Implants
Studies show that osseointegrated implants provide a natural and predictable replacement for missing teeth. By using osseointegration to attain attachment to living bone, there is very little chance – less that 2% – that the implant would ever be lost. Are all implants at the Kochman Centre are done using osseointegration.
